In 1947, Daesung started out as Daesung Industrial Corporation, and since then we have been doing our utmost to develop and supply energy -providing not only the basic resources and driving force behind industry, but also daily energy for people's homes.
In the 1970's , Daesung achieved diversification via the basic materials industry, and in the 1980's participated in electronics, machinery and city gas projects on a domestic level, as well as being involved in overseas business, Moreover, we participated in the petroleum and gas field developments that were targeted at structuring the energy industry in the 1990's . Now , by expanding our business to the construction, environmental and information sectors ,we are posied to become one of the most eminent companies of the 21st century.
