| Installing
Place |
|
Install the Gas Meter at well-ventilated place where is easily read
and serviced.
Clean place which is maintained over 60㎝ from the electric machines.
Place to be kept out of vibration and direct ray.
Place to be apart from humidity, fire, corrosive gas and chemicals.

| Caution
|
|
Do not give a impulse or forcible power to the unit.
Before installing the Meter, all obstacles such as oil and dust must
be purged from the meter
-- and connected pipework.
Install the meter at level.
Install the meter for gas enable to be flowed following arrow(→).

| Checking
points after installing |
|
Paint all gas tight parts including connecting pipe, gas meter and
others with soap-suds.
Ignite the gas equipment after gas passes through and then check the
Index in the meter. |

| Metrology
|
|
DSG gas meters satisfy O.I.M.L. and E.E.C. specifications as well
as K.S. according to these
-- metrological standards.
Prior to inspection of the certified authority, gas meters are tested
at Qmin, 2Qmin, 0.2Q max
-- and Qmax and flow testing by Bell Prover, standard tester. |

| Working
Principle |
|
| G-Series are designed to a solid chamber.

Gas passing through the chambers of inlet and distribution.
Rubber diaphragm's moving in right and left-transfer the rotary motion
of blade shaft into the
-- reciprocating motion of the distribution lever and connecting rod.
With right and left moving of the diaphragm, the blade point connected
to diaphragm makes a
-- rotary motion to the crankshaft.
The rotary motion transmitted by shaft-gear 10, makes indicate the
gas flow rates up to
-- maximum 9999㎥ in decimal system, by operation of control gear and
counter gear.
